Hi I.m really glad to read your newsletter about Cerebral Palsy, My name is Pearl Astrid Rabor from the Philippines, a single mom with a CP 7 year old Daughter named Ileanna Layne. I would like to know where to ask for Help to have my child be treated for her diability. you see, in country we never had a good equipments, facilities or treatments for this and besides I can't afford for all the rehabs. I really need your help, right now I am really confused on how to tackle all this. Thank you so much
